Position: Contract Senior OPEX Specialist
Duration: 1-year contract (with potential for conversion to FTE)
Start Date: As soon as possible / 1 month's notice acceptable
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: Up to $6,500
- Transport Allowance: $250
- Completion Bonus: 1.5 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational excellence (OPEX) projects within the new plant.
- Utilize technical skills to deliver hands-on project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document and report on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in operational excellence or related fields.
- Technical skills in project execution; PMO certification is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Important Notes:
- This is a 1-year contract role that is currently not renewable, but exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time employment.
Education:
- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)
Business Administration
Operations Management
Supply Chain Management
- Postgraduate Qualifications (Optional): A master's degree or relevant certifications in:Business Administration (MBA)
Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement
