- Working days: 5 days
- Working hours: 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours; 1 day 8 hours)
- Location: Changi Jewel & MBS
- Full Time Salary: Basic $1900 - $2300 + Commission (Average $400 to $500)
*commission will be higher on peak season (nov - feb)
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
- To contact customers and perform after sales services
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
- Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
- Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
