NEED X30 HEADCOUNT ( Can work with friends XMANY MANY)
Location: Ubix (Ubi MRT), Singapore
Project Duration: 26 Dec to 28 Jan
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13/hr
Headcount: 30 positions available
• 20 positions (80% Email-based, 20% Call-based)
• 10 positions (Call-based only)
Job Requirements:
Government Clearance: Candidates must have 2 weeks of clearance from the government before starting
• Strong communication skills, particularly in handling emails and phone calls.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp communication platforms is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and process customer inquiries via emails (for 20 headcount) and calls (for all headcount).
• Support the CDC Vouchers project by ensuring all customer queries are addressed within set deadlines.
• Provide assistance for any WhatsApp-related communication tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
