Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to translate them into efficient application features. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing incidents, troubleshooting, and continuously improving application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to understand project requirements and translate them into application features.
- Work with the team to set specifications for new or existing applications.
- Participate in incident management and handle change requests effectively.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
- Collaborate with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.
- Work with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define performance goals and metrics for processes.
- Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases into technical solutions.
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Pega Development.
Good to Have:
- Experience in executing project releases on Pega PRPC BPM platform.
- Exposure to large BPM engagements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Pega technical and architecture principles with broad industry and functional knowledge.
- Pega certifications (e.g., SA, SSA, LSA).
