Seeking an experienced Director of Media Strategy & Operations to enhance company’s presence on global social media platforms and drive awareness in the international market.
Responsible for daily content management and promotion, assisting in the execution of media operations & promotional strategies, and supporting market awareness ahead of IPO & to drive funding.
Leveraging strong media network to establish key communication channels with investors

- Responsible for daily content maintenance & promotion of the company on international social media platforms (to increase awareness and attention in international markets)
- Assist in developing & executing media operations & promotion plans
- Cooperate with the investment and financing teams
- Support the exposure & market awareness before IPO listing - Carry out precise content planning & dissemination to enhance international topicality & market traffic.
- Establishment of an effective network of media resources capable of distributing company news & content to leading financial publications and platforms
- Using public opinion analysis tools, tracking and analysing communication effect of media, as well as maintaining market public opinion
- Enhance the company's presence in the international financial media
- Establish a key communication channel with international investors and markets.
- Responsible for the overall management and planning of content, leading the output of creative content, including copywriting, visuals, etc.
- Familiar with key operational metrics: Monitor and optimise key metrics in media operations:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Improve the efficiency of lead acquisition & reduce the cost of customer acquisition through media channels
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- Working Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in media & financial media - Expertise:
- Familiar with the operation mechanism of international social media platforms,
- Extensive experience in content planning and public opinion management,
- Familiar with the use of market hotspots and public opinion analysis tools. - Network:
- Have a strong established media network & resources,
- Able to quickly & efficiently push the content to well-known financial media or publications - Language Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English
- Strong Mandarin proficiency as role requires close coordination with China based team
- Able to write and publish high-quality content for international markets - Analytical ability:
- Good at analysing market hotspots & grasping the audience's psychology
- Able to combine the industry trend with the company's publicity to create public opinion hotspots.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Experience working in the Automotive industry with interest in EV
- Comfortability working in a Startup / lean environment
- Working Experience in well-known international media organization
- Bachelor degree or above from a top institution:
- preferably in journalism, media, finance, marketing etc. - Strong strategic thinking, able to adjust media strategy according to stage of company's growth.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere and other content creation tools
