Work hours: Mon to Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: near Labrador Park MRT
Salary: $2350 + $40 handphone allowance
Job summary:
You will be part of the Human Resource Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As a member of the HR Business Partnering department, you will be the point of contact throughout the employee life cycle to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Business Partners in end-to-end HR functions. This includes:Posting of job advertisements across various job portals
Scheduling of interviews
Post-interview follow up (e.g. administration of tests; collection of documents)
onboarding and offboarding matters
Manage the daily HR operations using Workday system
Requirement:
- Experience in particular HR administration and a good understanding of core HR processes. Those without relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, able to work effectively in teams as well as perform routine tasks independently.
- Meticulous, driven and service-oriented mindset.
- Candidates who have prior experience in using Workday will have an added advantage.
