Role Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Branding to develop and implement digital-focused branding and acquisition strategies that align with Mitrade’s overarching goals and objectives to achieve business outcomes. You will be in a key role to shape and position Mitrade through highly integrated global initiatives aimed at establishing our brand image across various digital touchpoints.
You will be expected to contribute to the organization growth and success by striking a balance between strategic thinking and effective execution whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Consistency: Lead strategic planning of comprehensive brand strategies and driving consistent brand image and performance across all public channels (advertising, social media, products, etc.).
- Leadership: Provide leadership direction to the department through establishing goals and objectives aligned to the business outcomes, making business decisions and providing mentorship to enhance overall team performance.
- Management: Oversee the team operations, resource allocation and ensures an efficient workflow within the team to external stakeholders.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Create and manage brand content across platforms to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as financial institutions and industry partners.
- Cross-Cultural Brand Adaptation: Localize global brand strategies for target markets such as Europe, Australia, etc.
- Compliance & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Compliance Teams) to ensure all brand efforts comply with market regulations, maintaining an equilibrium between global strategies and local needs.
What We Require From You:
- A minimum of 5 years in digital performance marketing/branding, or related roles within an internet-centric business, and a minimum of 8 years’ work experience.
- FinTech experience would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting to influence decisions would be highly advantageous.
