We are looking for a dedicated technology business analyst who has deep understanding of the problems customers are facing and is accountable for capturing and communicating customer requirements as well as ensuring requirements are appropriately translated into digital solution designs.
Responsibilities:
- Should also have executed projects involving application on-boarding, stakeholder management and vendor management.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills; analyze existing capabilities and identify priority gaps and opportunities.
- Interpretation and understanding of Regulatory documentation and other related communication received in local language (Simplified & Traditional Chinese) and translate it to English language for Project team's benefit.
- Active participation in regular calls and email communication with the Project stakeholders (including Business & Technology teams) and application vendor, mainly where the communication is in local language (Simplified / Traditional Chinese).
- Active participation in Project's end-to-end process including requirement, development, testing and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree or higher in Computer Science or appropriate field of study.
- 4 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven track record in delivering digital applications using Agile Methodology while communicating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
- Knowledge or working experience in banking industry is mandatory.
- Working experience in Simplified & Traditional Chinese to translate communications from Taiwan markets.
- Having worked projects in the Taiwan or Chinese markets will be a plus.
