Job Description
- Assist in school’s General Office operations such as answering phone calls/walk-ins in a timely manner; taking and relaying messages where necessary
- Attend to sick/injured students, ensuring such cases are recorded in the office log book
- Assist in office administration matters and clerical work, including receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail /deliveries /posts/ couriers, maintaining a log book.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times
- Any other duties as assigned by the P/VPs/HODs/AM
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Familiar with the use of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word etc
- Has relevant working experience in service-related industry such as customer service, retail etc
- Preferably has some experience working with children or in a school environment
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.45pm inclusive of 45mins lunch break
- Fridays: 9.00am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
