VIVIFI is a dynamic and innovative Singapore-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that has been disrupting the mobile industry since 2019. We are known for our non-contract sharing mobile plans for families and value-for-money mobile plans for individuals, offering both 4G and 5G services. Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Account Management:
· Onboard new corporate customers (UENs) and ensuring a smooth transition.
· Customer Support: Manage and resolve corporate customer inquiries, including requests for line additions, technical issues, and any other support needs.
· Account Management: Maintain accurate records of corporate accounts, including line usage, billing information, and customer contact details. Proactively address any billing inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of disputes or assisting with bill settlements.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate customers, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
· Sales Prospecting: Reach out to potential corporate customers, present VIVIFI's offerings, and secure new business.
· Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
Administrative Support:
· Order Fulfillment: Assist with the processing and fulfillment of orders for corporate customers, including sim card delivery and stock management.
· Communication: Handle communication with corporate customers via email, phone, and other channels.
· Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets and other systems.
· Ad-hoc duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including assisting with events, marketing campaigns, and project support.
Requirements:
· Singaporean or Permanent Resident
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is an advantage.
· Passion for the telecommunications industry and a desire to learn and grow.
· Ability to take initiative, be adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
