Responsibilities:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with high-value, strategically important customers, serving as the executive point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key account objectives to drive substantial revenue growth and profitability.
- Represent the company’s full range of manufacturing capabilities in precision component parts and services, ensuring comprehensive presentations that highlight solutions and value to prospective clients.
- Lead the customer account planning process to exceed client expectations and align with company objectives, working collaboratively across departments.
- Utilize an established network of senior sourcing and commodity decision-makers to gain market insights, drive competitive advantage, and secure new opportunities.
- Proactively assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities with a results-focused mindset.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, with advanced qualifications preferred.
- Demonstrated executive experience in sales and marketing of precision component parts, with specialized knowledge in:
- Consumer Electronics
- Mobile Devices
- Medical Devices
- Automotive Industries
- Strong industry connections and established networks within precision component manufacturing, with a proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a solution-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to identify market opportunities and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
