Job Description
Administrative duties
- Preparation and verification of documents
- Maintaining and updating of detention records and data
- Compilation of statistics
- Filing and typing
- Supervising and monitoring of detention classes and monitoring of students on in-house suspension
- Any other duties assigned by Head of Department (HOD) / Subject Head (SH) / Admin Managers (AM)
- Provide support to Operations Manager (OM) and AMs during school holidays
- Support OM and AM with customer facing tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls
Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
