Accounts Executive (Inventory)
Job Responsibilities:
· Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.
· Inventory purchase rebate computation.
· Submission of sales report to landlords.
· Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
· Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
· Conduct yearly stock count.
· Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
· Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
· Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
· Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in any discipline (Finance background will be advantageous)
· At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting
· Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good team player
· Meticulous and careful
