Job Description:
- Reports to Project Manager
- Perform quantity take off from drawings
- Prepares progressive claims and potential variation claims
- Reviews subcontractors’ claims and prepare payment certificates for approval
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and prepares quotation report for approval
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim, etc.
- Closing out final account with Client and subcontractors
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
- At least 3 years of working experience in the construction of civil engineering project
