Digital Innovation Sales Executive

Job Title: Digital Innovation Sales Executive

Work Location: Central Area, Singapore

Job Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Innovation Sales Executive to join our team, focused on next-generation technology and business solutions. This entry-level role is perfect for an individual passionate about tech, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting our clients in implementing transformative digital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Market Research & Analysis

· Conduct research to identify potential customers, understand industry trends, and analyze competitive landscapes.

· Collaborate with the sales team to create insightful customer profiles and identify target market segments for growth.

2) Lead Generation & Sales Support

· Support the team in identifying and qualifying new business leads, setting appointments, and conducting preliminary outreach.

· Assist in maintaining and updating sales pipelines and CRM data to ensure accurate records and track lead progress.

3) Client Engagement & Relationship Building

· Act as a liaison for clients, managing initial communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant materials to ensure client engagement.

· Work closely with senior sales and business development team members to address client queries and gather information on evolving client needs.

4) Proposal & Presentation Development

· Assist in creating tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients, focusing on next-gen tech solutions, cloud-based services, and digital transformation projects.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposals and presentations align with customer expectations and technical requirements.

5) Collaboration & Communication

· Coordinate with marketing, technical, and product teams to develop impactful strategies and campaigns that drive client interest.

· Attend internal training sessions and team meetings to continuously expand knowledge on new products, services, and emerging tech trends.

6) Sales & Performance Tracking

· Help maintain sales documentation, reports, and dashboards to track KPIs, identify trends, and generate insights for sales strategies.

· Monitor ongoing sales initiatives, contribute ideas for optimization, and support team members in meeting performance goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology trends, business transformation, and emerging tech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus, but not required.
