Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute procurement plans to support the operational goals of the substation.
- Conduct regular market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and stay informed about market prices and trends.
- Select, review, and manage supplier relationships, maintain long-term partnerships, and resolve supplier issues.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to ensure reasonable procurement costs and that contracts align with the company’s interests.
- Monitor procurement budgets, control costs, and propose cost-saving suggestions.
- Optimize procurement processes and operations to enhance work and procurement efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (candidates with a background in blockchain technology or related industries are preferred).
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best agreements with suppliers.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work results.
- Ability to perform market and data analysis to make accurate decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong skills in office software (such as Excel, Word).
