We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with web3 recruitment experience to help us attract and select top talent. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using LinkedIn, BOSS, and other popular recruitment platforms, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with candidates and internal teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities·
- Conduct initial communications with candidates to understand their background, skills, and career goals.
- Evaluate and screen candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage the talent pool, ensuring efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Excute general HR duties include but not limited to: collect employees’ document, conduct reference check, employee’s feedback talk etc.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Create and share company job postings and branding content (such as simple posts and videos) on social media and community platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Promote company culture and enhance employer branding within the industry.
Requirements
- Must able to work in Singapore or Malaysia.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the Web3 industry.
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boss, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
- Strong understanding of the web3 industry and its hiring landscape.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Experience in employer branding through social media and community platforms will be a plus
