Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a financial or lending environment.
- Prior experience in team management or sales leadership is preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with clients.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
