Job Description:
- Participate in social work practice across disciplines
- Support in building rapport and professional relationships with clients and significant other
- Support needs and intake assessments such as conducting Means Testing, financial assessments, conducting home visits, etc.
- Provide support to Social Workers on case and care planning and interventions
- Prepare case notes and documents
- Support the evaluation of group work intervention processes and outcomes
- Perform community development work
- Support conduct environmental scans and community needs assessments
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Sciences (Social Work) or Social Services
