Job Scope:
- Assist users with technical issues related to software applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and application-related problems
- Create and maintain support process documentation and knowledge base articles
- Help with the installation, configuration, and updates of applications
- Work with development teams to report bugs and relay user feedback
- Provide training sessions to improve user understanding of software applications
- Track application performance metrics and user satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed
- Regularly communicate with clients to address their needs and provide updates
- Participate in testing new software versions or features prior to release
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required
- Passion for automation with a creative and adaptive mindset
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
- Product training will be provided
- Knowledge of PLC, Control/Automation, and IoT is advantageous
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
