Job Scope
- Support the team of trust managers in the day-to-day administration.
- Assist in KYC process for bespoke team structures (e.g. periodic reviews, collation of documents).
- Assist with completion of documents and forms.
- Liaise with the operations team in reviewing, sending, and scanning of documents.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or assignment.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in any related field.
- At least 3 years’ administration experience in a banking environment.
- With excellent multi-tasking skills and present a high level of professionalism and good working attitude.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
