We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software/TV Apps quality through manual testing.
Responsibilities -
- Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases
- Liaise with key stakeholders and oversea QA tester to confirm on the test coverage
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Point of contact of the QA related matters and inquiries for the project
- Lead the discussions during QA activities such as test coverage walkthrough, UAT execution
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Getting sign-off for all test deliverables to close off the testing cycle
- Assist PM to formulate QA strategy for the project as necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or Testing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA
- Experience in working with stakeholders, conducting TV App/App reviews, and consensus-building
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
