Job Scope:
- Design and develop new products from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and manuals
- Support the manufacturing process by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Participate in product lifecycle management, including updates and phase-out strategies
- Conduct cost analysis and optimize product designs for manufacturability
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and components
- Assist in training sales and support teams on product features and benefits
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Over 3 years of experience in setting up automation equipment
- Strong knowledge of electromechatronic systems
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player with a high level of motivation
- Willingness to travel overseas for field support as needed
- Prepared to work overtime when necessary
