Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Sales Representative to join our dynamic team handling public sector accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the sale of our digital media products and services.
The ideal candidate must have the passion for digital media solutioning, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You must familiarise yourself with the products and be able to work cross-functionally with the content and marketing teams to customise solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and present customised digital media sales proposals to meet campaign objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work with both existing and prospecting clients and be responsible for their long-term objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content and data partners to ensure client needs are met.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years in a Digital Media Sales role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and mindset can apply.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital media or advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
