Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm Fridays:7:00am to 3:30pm

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025


Job Description


Manning of General Office counter;

  • Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
  • Assist in general administrative and student related duties
  • Follow up with absentees
  • Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
  • Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
  • Guide staff for incident report
  • Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
  • Updating of daily student attendance
  • Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
  • Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority


Job Requirement


  • At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
  • At least GCE ā€˜Nā€™ level certification
  • Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
