Contract: 6 months (Start in Jan 2025 till July 2025)
Location: East (Nearest MRT Paya Lebar)
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate quarterly and yearly reporting.
- Responsible for all the accounting entries affecting the reporting.
- Prepare timely, accurate quarterly grant claims.
- Reconcile and check that grants received are correct.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors and funding agencies where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with funding guidelines, procedures, and government instruction manual.
- Other Ad Hoc duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or Business
- Possess 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
