Responsibilities:
This 12-month contract at Suntec Tower focuses on optimizing order processing, logistics, and customer service.
- Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to fulfill orders and resolve delays.
- Handle customer complaints, process refunds, and manage credit/debit notes.
- Monitor shipment status, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Compile and analyze performance reports, supporting continuous process improvements.
You are an experienced professional with a solid background in supply chain management, international trade, and order fulfillment.
Skills/Requirement:
- Strong experience in supply chain management and international trade processes.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office for data management tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and issue resolution.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage high-volume order processing.
- Proactive problem solver with experience in logistics coordination and reporting.
