Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the channel landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales Management: Drive new business development through direct sales efforts, targeting new customers to achieve revenue growth.
- Channel Collaboration: Partner with channel distributors, resellers, and VARs, leveraging their insights to align sales strategies and maximize channel impact.
- Channel Enablement & Support: Provide resources, training, and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote our products and services effectively.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and channel partner goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both direct clients and channel stakeholders to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly review sales and channel performance, conducting business reviews to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on channel sales trends, competitive movements, and market opportunities to inform strategy and drive growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop programs and campaigns that support both direct and channel sales.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial or channel sales, ideally within the technology sector
- Deep understanding of channel sales principles, including best practices for supporting and enabling distributors, resellers, and VARs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Availability to travel to client sites, partner locations, and industry events as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing relationships with direct sales, distributors, resellers, or VARs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
