Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhancing Digital Sales Channels:
- Serve as the project lead for digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving online and offline sales conversion rates.
- Manage projects focused on optimizing the customer journey, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in digital sales and channel management
2. Customer Insights and Strategy Development:
- Lead projects to analyze customer behavior, and market trends, refining communication strategies for Jobbers and Module concepts.
- Oversee the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align insights with strategic goals.
3. Lead Innovative Projects:
- Drive regional market discovery and foster collaboration between Bosch, 1TL, and 2TL through strategic digital initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless execution of innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital technologies to enhance project outcomes and the company’s competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Applied Computer Science or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation, customer insights, or strategic marketing projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, project management software, and agile methodologies is a plus.
