Responsibilities:
- Engaging with higher management to build strategic programs and exercise strategic influence to align projects with the aims of the business.
- Strategic plan to define project scope, objectives, project budget, timetable, and technical requirements.
- Liable for the smooth operation of projects by following progress and providing timely updates to management on status, budgets, anomalies, and risks.
- Customer attention in business partnerships, as well as the capacity to recognize unspoken assumptions, settle disagreements, and handle difficult management challenges.
- Recognize hazards to project success and track them throughout the project's life cycle.
- Monitor the internal and external service providers' program and project performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any related discipline with 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in managing projects.
- Able to control an organization's operating costs in relation to project budgets and expenses to achieve revenue realization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Managing escalations with vendors and clients.
