- Provide academic support for residents in the Home (Primary – Secondary Level)
- Tracking and analyzing residents academic progress and needs.
- Programme planning, design and implantation for residents in the Home, including employment needs and relevant life skills.
- Volunteer coordination, including but not limited to recruitment, training, supervising, programme planning, deployment, reward, retention, and recognition.
- Assist in the management of Donation-in-Kind for the Home.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in academic related fields will be advantageous.
- Responsible for Volunteer Management activities i.e. recruitment, onboarding, retention and recognition of volunteers.
- Comfortable in liaison and relationship building with individuals and corporate organizations.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work after office hours and on weekends, when required.
