Job Description

  • Controller of Crane/Transport department;
  • Assist in deployment and arrangement of jobs;
  • Assist in liaising with salesperson and customers for any issue with cranes/transport and liaising with workshop department on any repair jobs;
  • Prepare documents and submit applications to relevant parties including but not limited to renewing LM, submitting crane documents, HDB material list and any other site required submissions;
  • Support day-to-day operations admin task;
  • Assist in the application process for site entry passes;
  • Answers customer incoming calls, night call and/or urgent request if required;
  • Submit claims for all outfield workers & operators (PM, LC, CC, RT, MC);
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/Management.

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination will be added advantage
  • Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and strong team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
