Job Description
- Controller of Crane/Transport department;
- Assist in deployment and arrangement of jobs;
- Assist in liaising with salesperson and customers for any issue with cranes/transport and liaising with workshop department on any repair jobs;
- Prepare documents and submit applications to relevant parties including but not limited to renewing LM, submitting crane documents, HDB material list and any other site required submissions;
- Support day-to-day operations admin task;
- Assist in the application process for site entry passes;
- Answers customer incoming calls, night call and/or urgent request if required;
- Submit claims for all outfield workers & operators (PM, LC, CC, RT, MC);
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/Management.
Job Requirements
- At least GCE ‘O’ level and above
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination will be added advantage
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Meticulous with an eye for details and strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
