Job Scope:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for various building projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafting work
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support project teams with technical expertise in drafting and modeling
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent; BCA-recognized drafting certificate
- Experienced in AutoCAD and BIM software
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying
- Independent with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
