- Manage daily admin and kitchen operations together with the team to reach daily goals
- Prepare daily and monthly reports to be sent to the office (invoice, petty cash, monthly attendance, Payroll reporting etc.)
- Work together with the Kitchen Supervisor in daily and monthly stock maintenance, ordering and inventory.
- Assist District Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company.
- Conduct and schedule trainings for new staffs.
- Conduct briefings and performance appraisals to gauge staffs’ knowledge and guide them towards their career path.
- Motivate the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Act as a supporting & rotating role to perform duties of the Artist, and Prep as needed.
Requirements:
- Has excellent conversational skills and knowledge in the English language.
- Has a sense of leadership and ownership.
- Has pleasing personality and with sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Has at least 2 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry is advantegous.
