Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily operations of building maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, carpark, fire safety etc to ensure that the building is maintained at highest standards.
- Carry out daily inspections for building defects, cleanliness of premises, performance of security personnel & report any other abnormalities etc.
- Identify & record building defects during the Defects Liability Period & follow up with contractors on the rectifications.
- Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance or improvement works.
- Attend to tenants' queries, feedback and/or complaints.
- Carry out daily inspection of tenants' fitting-out to ensure that there is no breach in the house rules.
- Be part of the CERT Team (Company Emergency Response Team).
- Prepare incident report for incidents that occur in the building.
- Manage the Fire Command Centre.
- Assist in Fire drill duties.
- Recommend improvements that will enhance the building in terms of operations & maintenance standards.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' levels, Nitec or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Operations/Property Management.
- Experience in workplace safety & handling of emergency situation preferred.
- Able to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently & communicate with people of all levels.
