Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize wireless vibration sensors & cloud-based diagnostic analysis software to provide clients with remote diagnostic analysis of machinery health services.
- Collaborate with client maintenance teams to develop and implement condition-based monitoring programs, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Continuously monitor asset performance through PHM remote diagnostic services, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
- Perform data analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis to identify potential failures, their impact, and underlying causes. Offer technical guidance and support to the stakeholders in optimizing asset reliability and performance.
- Responsible for the vibration alarm setting and optimization, diagnostic models on the PHM system.
- Collaborate with PHM solution engineers to perform data verification and analysis work.
Requirements: -
- Proven experience (over 3 years) in reliability engineering & vibration diagnostic field, with the ability to independently diagnose equipment faults, and offline testing experience.
- ISO Category III certification. Understanding of equipment reliability, predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and equipment data analysis.
- Familiar with the principles and maintenance of rotating equipment (such as motors, gearboxes, fans, pumps, etc.)
- Preferably with bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), specializing in equipment fault diagnosis would add advantage.
