Job scope:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical products
- Assist in product integration and customer site applications
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Liaise with R&D to provide customer feedback and insights
- Prepare technical documentation and user training materials
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients
- Ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in product testing and validation
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on skills with small mechanical parts
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese; Japanese is a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2000, R14, and SolidWorks is advantageous
