Job Descriptions:
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- In-depth reviewing of projects to schedule deliverables and cost estimation
- Ensure safety procedures are implemented and meet company’s standard and legislation
- Ensure safety and health are in place according to building and safety regulations
- Monitor, control, and coordinate site works
- Ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
- Any d-hoc duties as require
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experiences at or equivalent managerial level in construction
- Knowledge in Design and Auto Cad (3D) for Civil Structure work.
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese language (to handle queries and feedback from Japanese speaking associates/ clients)
