Job Duties:
- Primarily focus on hiring for the Japan team, with secondary support for other APAC markets.
- Source top talent and collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring teams to understand their needs, guide them through the recruitment process, and collaborate with HRBPs on people strategy.
- Share data insights on market trends, talent pools, and process to inform decision-making.
- Participate in a global recruitment team and support hiring efforts in different regions as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in recruitment both agency/ in-house
- Experience in hiring for the Japan Market
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
