About the job
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance on finance transformation projects.
- Act as a key liaison for requests and updates from the APAC region.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of finance-related projects.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Work with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes, including the preparation and review of audit schedules.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and other critical financial documents.
- Coordinate year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in finance transformation and project management.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively across regions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
