Responsible for managing and providing the full spectrum of Office Management services with emphasis on Head Office (HO) correspondence and collaboration. Main duties include:
Office Management:
- Manage and maintain branch’s correspondence system with HO such as HO OA system and branch official emails.
- Assist with the coordination and reporting of significant bank events and emergencies, ensuring compliance with HO protocols and effective documentation.
- Oversee and manage the reputation risk of the branch in close coordination with HO.
Liaison with Head Office:
- Responsible for expatriates’ management including the appointment, promotion, cessation and repatriation of their assignments with close collaboration and follow up with HO.
- Assist in updating policies and procedures as per HO requirements and aligning with local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit all reports in Chinese to HO as required including any ad-hoc projects or initiatives launched from HO.
- Liaison with HO for all arrangements for delegates, visitors and training groups where needed.
Requirements:
· Degree holder with at least 10 years’ HR experience in the banking industry
· A team player as well as able to work independently
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Chinese. Literacy in Chinese Language is a pre-requisite as the incumbent needs to prepare and submit documents, manuals and reports in Chinese to Head Office and close correspondence with HO colleagues.
