Leading Chinese Corporate Bank seeking a Credit Admin Professional with experience in requirements for loan drawdown review, MAS 610 reporting, managing drawdown, rollover and collateral management
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and monitors all overdue credit review, credit rating
- Ensure proper and adequate documentation of credit files
- Prepare and ensure timely reporting for Head Office and regulator reports(such as MAS 610, BIS report, MAS 760 and Top 100 borrowers survey)
- Ensure adequacy of limits and adherence to policies before disbursement
- Performs monitoring of collaterals before disbursement
- Perform biannual review of physical collaterals
- Daily monitoring of mismatch collateral values and highlighting to various stakeholders
- Manage Call Reports sent by Relationship Manager
- Monitoring of undertakings and rating validity
- Processing asset classification in NGS and preparing asset classification reports for internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and processing low-risk transactions in the system.
- Organize the Risk management Committee meeting and prepare the Minutes.
- To handle any ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher qualification, with at least 5 years of working experience in credit administration
- Experienced in MAS 610 reporting, managing drawdown, rollover and collateral management.
- Experienced in credit risk management and well- versed in the requirements for loan drawdown review
- Strong in compliance, regulatory adherence and credit process management
- Proficient in the data processing and writing minutes
- Meticulous, versatile and good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken & writing) to liaise with Head Office colleagues.
