Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation of the condominium.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff in the condominium.
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
- Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
- Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contract’s agreement.
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
- Do up monthly meeting presentation, respond to resident complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field.
- Degree / Diploma in Building, Estate/Facilities/Business/Hospitality or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of BMSMA and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exhibit organizational and leadership skills.
- Well organize and able to optimise cost, space and equipment while working within the budgeted operational costs.
- Strong leadership quality and problem solver.
- Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management.
