- Candidates with project experience in commercial office fit-outs are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is essential.
- Basic understanding of the design and calculation of HVAC systems is necessary.
- Assisting with tender calculations, preparing presentation materials for tenders, and participating in tender interviews.
- Must be a team player, capable of effectively collaborating and communicating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
- Monitor project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during projects is required.
- Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
