Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable beauty products.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Support daily retail operations and maintain store cleanliness.
- Drive sales to achieve both personal and boutique targets.
- Conduct inventory checks, restock items, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and sales industry.
- Sales-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- People-oriented team player with a positive mindset.
