- Preparing sales quotations, request for information, request for quotations for air export to assist client & relevant agents
- Dealing with customers’ air export billing, handle rate disputes, and invoice verification
- Coordinating with all related stakeholders including operations for shipment arrangement
- Experience in dealing with air freight related duties
