Customer Service Manager (Air Freight)
Job Duties
- Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight’s import/export shipments
- Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations
- Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
- Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
- Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice
- Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations
Job Requirements
- Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
- With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
- Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc
