Customer Service Manager (Air Freight)

Job Duties

  • Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight’s import/export shipments
  • Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations
  • Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
  • Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice
  • Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
  • With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
  • Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc
