Role
We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager (Key Account) with adequate experience in managing social campaigns. Your role will focus on the Singaporean market and involves working on performance campaigns and digital (social) media planning. The ideal candidate would be skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. They are also go-getters, with a willingness to learn and lead. Experience or familiarity with video production and campaigns would be a significant plus.
As a Junior Account Manager (Key Account), you’ll be mentored by the Account Director and provided with comprehensive training on Social Media Buying as well as extensive exposure to the entire video production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Buying & Operations
- Adequate understanding of digital media landscape, ad managers and platforms, channels & formats
- Plan, implement and manage social media buying for mid-sized campaigns independently with some supervision from Account Lead
- Manage and ensure project delivery against timeline and budget.
- Assist in managing project financial health, including budgets and scopes.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth product delivery in accordance with client requirements
Client Servicing and Management
- Understand and interpret performance data to deliver timely and accurate reporting & updates to client.
- Assist in management of client expectations and resolve simple operational project delivery issues
- Grasp and balance independence against when escalation is required, ahead of time as risk mitigation
Strategy and Growth
- Understand overarching client priorities, supporting media productions team to formulate subsequent campaigns
- Abreast of latest industry trends and developments vis-à-vis consumption behaviour towards video content and news & media as an industry
Job Requirements
Experience & Technical Competencies
- Ideally 1 year of client servicing experience, preferably in a media or digital agency, or 1+ year video editing experience
- Adequate experience in managing social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/TikTok)
- Education qualifications are not essential, but degrees in Accounting, Video Production, and Sociology are appreciated
