You will manage the daily operations at KKH Patient Education Centre, providing good customer service in handling front desk and email enquiries, registration and billing and collection of fees. You will handle administrative matters related to in-house programmes, forums, seminars and KK Parenting Club. In addition, you are expected to assist in the organisation of events, workshops and other in-house programmes and work with the trainers’ coordinators on manpower planning for the workshops and in-house programmes.
Requirements:
- Fresh Diploma; or
- Higher NITEC/ NITEC with 6 years' work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular MS Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Able to work on a 5.5-day work week, as follows:
- Mon to Fri: 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
