Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an Option to Extend for a further period of 1 year.
Working hours:
· Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
Reception
1. Frontline Service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors
2. Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students
3. Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff
General School Administration
1. Preparation and verification of documents
2. Reconciliation of accounts and data
3. Data Entry duties
4. Maintaining and updating of records
5. Compilation of statistics
6. Filing and typing of School’s documents
7. Drafting of correspondences
8. Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers
Qualifications, skills and experience:
1. GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications
2. Basic IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and etc)
3. General Admin and Customer Service experience
4. 3 years of working experience in a school environment
